Performance Vision Eye Care does not host an appointment form or collect appointment-request details directly through this website. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Website Hosting

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and reliable.

Embedded Google Map

Our Home and Contact pages include an embedded Google Map to help you find the clinic. When the map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and may set cookies, as described in the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

External Appointment Booking

When you select a booking link, a new browser tab opens the EyeCareX booking service. Information you provide there is collected and processed by that service and is subject to its privacy practices and terms.
